U just tried 3-8mg Dilly's IV and felt nothing.. What did u do wrong?? They were round, white, scored, with 54 over 425 on them. U crushed mixed with water, stirred 4-ever, cottoned, and hit. U have a tolerance but shouldn't U still have felt something???

Yes, you should have felt something, I sure would have. But I've heard stories about people banging 30mg, 40mg or even more of hydromorphone and not feeling anything. Tolerance grows quite quickly with hydromorphone, and the IV route makes this moreso.

Do you have previous tolerance to hydromorphone and/or other powerful opiates IV?
