If we're going to talk about RHCP line up and their sound changing then they've been "dead" since they lost Slovak after Uplift Mofo Party Plan. Then Navarro replacing Frusciante for One Hot Minute, only for Frusciante to return until their new piece of shit came out. Not to mention changes in drummers. Flea is the life of RHCP imo, and Kiedis is just too fucking old for this shit. He's never been a good singer live anyway, although I liked his more rapping style live (not that I ever got to actually see it live)
