Hello everyone, I hope my message is clear. What we’re trying to express is that we’re thinking about ways to challenge ourselves and grow, with the goal of ensuring we don’t find ourselves in the same situation again. We considered that perhaps using certain strategies, like doing XYZ, could help us push ourselves both during workouts and at work. However, we believe that consistently working out daily to build our strength might be a better approach. Essentially, we aim to strengthen our mindset and ourselves so that we feel confident in moving forward without reverting to old habits. We would appreciate hearing from you—what are some things you have done to strengthen and support yourself?
