What should I expect from this opiate combo?

15mg hydrocodone and 120mg codeine. Or is 30mg hydrocodone stronger than that combo? Also, how should I dose the two in order to acheive the best effects? Everything at the same time or what?
 
i personally would not take it all at once but thats jus me! i would take the 15mg hydro n prob half of the codeine so it didnt upset my stomach. idk if 30 mg of hydro is stronger than 120 codeine..sry
 
hydrocodone is significanly stronger than codeine... 15mg hydro and 120mg codeine sounds quite pleasant, well depending on your tolerance, but yeah, hydro and codeine are slightlyy diferent, hydro being more noddy and codeine being more warm and itchy (you can always take an anti-histamine 30 minutes earlier to prevent any itching, but a that dose you should't experienc too much discomfort...

Codeine is metabolised into morphine by your liver, so you're effectivelly taking 15mg hydro and 12mg morphine... a nice combo
