Misc What recreational drugs are OTC in Mexico?

I am going to Cozumel, Mexico, soon and would like to know what kind of things you can get OTC in Mexico. I am talking legit OTC, not talking to shady locals, not getting a random script from a shady doctor. I am particularly interested in opiates for my lower back pain even if they are weak like codeine or darvocet. I also read you could get vials of ketamine in an old thread here. That would be great for this trip. Is that OTC or script needed? Soma is another one I read was OTC. Valium maybe as well? I could only find threads from 2001 with decent information.

Does anyone know for sure what is available in the pharmacies down there and possibly brand names. I hear darvocet is like neo-perodan or something. Any help would be appreciated.

This really isn't the kind of thread OD is for. It's regional based first of all and there is no HR in us telling you what good drugs you can get in Mexico, OTC or not.
