What pill do i have? Small round white with v shaped score line with number 10

Not sure what this is. Small white round with a V shape score line on from with the number 10 on it. The back side has a vertical score line in the center. Not sure what they are, and I have tried looking them up with no luck. Any help in identifying would be appreciated, thanks.
