What kind of damage have people caused from oral amps abuse?

How difficult is it cause long-term damage with oral amp use? If you've caused long-term damage or know someone who has, how hard were they going and for how long?
 
How long is a piece of string? :\ Different people will react, well, differently :) There are tonnes of threads if you UTSFE :)

Yes, I know, I'm just trying to get a very rough baseline as to what other people's experiences have been.

I've tried to use the search function but haven't gotten many results pertaining to what I'm specifically referencing.
