can I have one reply pls?
will suit me best? I want bodybuilding be essential part of the job,I mean NATURAL bodybuilding, none of that juice overdose MR Olypmia and shit like that?

most people are slaves and their jobs ruin their life, they have no time and are destryed by mental and fyzikal stress... fuck that,I rather not live than be another slave for elite muppet masters,my question is,if there is decent relatively stressless job where I need to stay fit, healthy and strong, like going to gym most days and shit like that

my current job is killing me,it sucks making gains in gym and then being stressed to death in work where nobody gives a fuck about how I feel

the job must be totaly sitting less, and bending less.... my back is fucked up and bending over all day long over dishes and whatever that is hell

Have you thought of being a personal trainer?

yes I did!!! that is excellent recomendation :)

but I am not sure if I have the social interaction skill, confidense and practical knowlegde now,but I swear I will try hard to get to that level....

problem is on internet is seems like people consider personal trainer useless so I worry if I had anybody to work with

Yeah a personal trainer is good.

For now, get a job at GNC or another supplement store. They hire pretty easily, and I loved working with customers suggesting what supplements to take/how to exercise properly, etc.

Only problem was I wouldn't lie to get them to buy bullshit products and my manager would get pissed :/

omg this... I too got tip from dude that was hired to sell and promote the shit but he said "dont waste your money on this ( shit he was supposed to sell ) this and that here and there is much better" so it surprised me

but I wouldnt have problem to lie just to have job like that,I like my self more than anybody else,I want to stay healthy AND have a decent job at the same time

^^hahah good point. I work in sales now and I will "stretch" the truth to get sales. But I love healthy living/body building so much that my passion just couldn't let me reccomend shit like fat burners that say you don't have to change your diet or exercise and you will loose tons :/

I hate fat people, they eat tons of trash food and they think they will just pop some pill from TV advertisment and be like people that work hard every week in gym and have strict nutrition rules

theres no substitute for excersise and well designed diet regim

that whole national association for acceptance of fat people is joke, even fucking evolition discriminate obese people... their the first that get caught by big predators, first to die on heart infarkt, diabetes and last to get laid,I fucking hate fat people

exactly what i was going to say, since there are a number of different certs (assumin youy life in the states) that you should have no problem getting certified in no time in at least one of them.

trust me, at the gym i used to work out there were some real idiots working as pts that didnt know a quadracept from a blumpkin lol...yet they still booked clients. and thats the most important thing you can do, build a book and get good referals by doing follow up after session with your clients on how they are feeling, asking if they want to decrease the activities or increase them. everyone is different so you basically have to come up with a routine for each client. Also helping with dietary info is VERY important. no matter how much you hit the gym if you eat like a pig you wont see results. Know your audience, ie dont try and have some 80 year old man doing skull crushers or deadlifts. be super nice, non judgemental (huge! its falls into the category of the top 5 reasons ppl are apprehesnsive about joining a gym, cost, body image issues, thinking everyone is buff and you feel out of place and so on. You will def climb up the ladder i used to watch it all the time in the gym with the great pt's at the health club i used to co manage. and stay away from the juice head trainers that insists on two a days because it doesnt give your body enough time to recoup and basically you will just hit a wall eventually and which bugged me the most, taking every suplement available (even sketchy ass russian steroids with cyrilic writing and a picture of a horse on the bottle lol(fyi it was winstrol, which is given to race horses if you can believe that, or a bottle with a pic of a bull. these are the same douches that say cardio is for "fags" and just want a big chest back and arms with little chicken legs. good luck man

I have a friend who used to work as a bank teller; you can imagine how monotonous this job would be.. he ended up quitting and becoming a personal trainer, now runs his own business and absolutely loves it. He's also rather quiet, but he managed to make it work.. so i guess it's possible if your really determined.

Not sure on the job front.. i workout 3 times a week and i work 4 days a week doing physical labor; which isn't the best job when your 'rest' days are occupied with manual labor, but its temporary.

Thats not actually a bad thing because it causes muscle confusion, working manual labor you use muscles you may not use in the gym and thats good. Esp if you do something with an axe or sledge/mull. Lifting sheetrock off the ground is like doing squats. There is a lot of stuff manual labor can add to the table, sweeping works your core and "love handle zones" to an extent. Better than working behing a cube all day sitting in a chair getting lower lumbar problems.

thats truth, but my back is very bad at the moment and any kind of lifting and bending forward and looking lower than my eye level makes me suffer greatly and impact me in very negative way at the moment
