What is your current supplement regimen and why you use them

you have to get little vials of the stuff (CJC1295/GHRP-6), lypholized (kinda like freeze dried). You squirt some sterile water in and then withdraw with insulin syringe and inject in subcutaneous while you're in a fasted state
I am not injecting anything unless I have to in order to live. I can't watch when I get bloodwork or tattoos.

lol fraidy cat! :)

nah its all good. I've injected drugs for so long its really no big deal to me anymore. I don't even think twice.

B12, 4-HO-DMT, 5-meo-MIPT, DPT, DMT, MET, heroin, oxycontin, insulin, IGF, CJC1295, GHRP-2, GHRP-6, MGF, Testosterone. Damn I've injected a lot of drugs.

well at first they were a novelty and bizarre and kinda fun. Now they're just an implement, a tool. They're nothin to get worked up about or anything (well they are if you do opiates but I vowed to myself never to do those again the rest of my life).

Wow, I haven't read this thread in ages. My current supplement regimen is nothing. I still have a bunch of half-full pill bottles lying around that I can't quite bring myself to throw out, since I've paid so much for them.

I'd consider starting ALCAR again, since I actually noticed a difference in how I felt when I took it, but most of the other stuff didn't seem like it did much. I just focus on eating a balanced, whole food (as much as I can ATM) diet, and feel pretty great.

I would really like to try Passionflower and Cat's Claw as mild supplements to my current "recovery".... problem is that I live with a mother who (for good reasons) gets hysterical seeing her son swallow so many pills at a time. Another one I'd like to take daily is Huperzine-A.

Right now I take (as a recovering addict):
- Multi + (daily Joy) [Miltivitamin/mineral designed for mood] - 2 before sleep, and now I'm trying 2 with breakfast. This contains things like magnesium, zinc, chromium, and molybdenum.
- L-Theanine 400mg before bed... no idea if this helps at all. It USED to be great back when I took large amounts of it as a pure powder, but now these caps don't seem to do much...
- Nicotine Patch - 1/6th of a 21mg/day patch. I have found Nicotine to be the third wonder drug after Ketamine and Gabapentin.

I also drink coca tea quite often, but not daily.

dude I'm with you I love nicotine patches (my dosage is similar to yours too). Careful with them they are very very addictive. Little buggers. They help everything though to have a little nicotine rockin in your cabesa.

ALCAR increased my alertness somewhat, seemed like it potentiated caffeine to an extent, and seemed to help me lose a bit of fat. The first time that I started taking it, back when I was still in uni and I could obtain it easily here, I found that it made 'tired' and 'hungry' feel different. Not that I didn't feel tired or hungry, but they felt less urgent and somehow more mellow. I didn't notice this effect as much the second time around, but by then I was eating 6 times a day so I rarely felt hungry anyway.

1 potent multi vitamin
1000 - 2000mg of vitamin C
400 - 800IU of Vitamin E
175mg of Milk Thistle, 3 times a day (for my liver)
600mg of NAC (for my liver)
BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acids)
B-100 Complex
Probiotics (for IBS)
Digestive Enzymes (for IBS)
Sometimes I take a supplement that has Milk Thistle, Artichoke and Dandelion (for my liver)
SAME - 800mg for my liver

creatine, l-leucine, krill oil (which I just ran out of), raw guarana, maca, and tocotrienols (which are really foods, but I use them to supplement), and a lymph/adrenal/sleep herbal formula.

Also, I use Anabolic Pump and Powerfull from USP Labs.

Various Spike and Surge products from Biotest Labs. %)

Oh yeah... and I use a Triphala supplement as well.

Let us know how the USP LAbs products work for you...I have yet to try anything in their supplement line...Anabolic pump has always been regarded in teh supplement industry as an awesome free test booster...good luck

1 x "complete" multivitamin
1 x B-complex supplement ("megadose")
1 x 500mg Vitamin C supplement
1 x Vitamin E supplement
1 x Lycopene tablet
2 x Calcium tablets (50% RDA each)

I take the vitamin E, C, and lycopene supplements mainly for their antioxidant properties, but they have other benefits.

I will likely start taking an iron supplement, or at least try to work in more iron-containing vegetables. I switched to a vegetarian diet last fall, and I'm concerned I might not be getting enough. I guess I'll go get a haemocrit done at some point and find out.
>You must add vit. A, to assist vit C to be absorbed better!

Hey, PARooolller,

I haven't heard much about it's free test boosting abilities but it certainly does what the label/adverts claim! It's one of the few supplements I'll recommend to people. After a a few days of taking it three times daily you'll notice changes. I don't know if it's the herbs they use or what they extract or what but you certainly notice it. Just make sure to take it 15-20 minutes before you eat and don't wait more than a half hour after taking it to eat and you'll be good. I'm sure there are some people out there are "non responders" or whatever but I'm glad I'm not one of them. lol Ironically, their Prime supplement didn't do too much for me except uhhhh ummm 'clean me out' good ever morning lol

Liiving in the moment, that is not true. Vitamin C can be absorbed fine on its own. It actually goes well together with vitamin E.

OK, I can't find my exact info nor have the time for it, but those 3 are working synergetically.
One stops the others from oxydizing (E) and the other assists its absorbtion so that it does not go straight out of the body. I know C gets absorbed on its own, but due to certain failures, it can also go out of the system quickly without proper absorbtion.

sorry I have to get my books out, and check, but I can't do it right now.
I will just place something I found on the Internet.

Take vitamin C with vitamins E and A. They work synergistically, which means they are more effective when taken together than when taken separately.

* Fat soluble vitamins need to be taken with food to be well absorbed. The fat soluble vitamins are vitamins A, D, and E

Everything pretty much works synergistically with everything else though. Like A&D for example.

If you want a truly exceptional C&E product combo that will actually do what those vitamins are usually advertised to do when they're sold as isolated tablets/capsules get whole food camu berry and tocotrienol products and mix with MSM. That stuff goes up and beyond the tablet shit and really starts to rebuild stuff, gives you more energy, face looks better, etc. And the combo actually helps your body get more mileage from provitamin-A/carotenoid nutrients you'll get from your food.
