So I recently found two clear pull apart capsules filled with a clear thick gel substance and little blue balls. They're obviously something someone bought off the street as they were found in cigarette cellophane and are unmarked. Any ideas what it might be? I found them cleaning my moms friends condo after her tenant shagged ass and left a lot of crap so I cant ask her or whoever got them...
