Hello all, I have found a mystery bag of white?

Numbs the tongue. I'm not sure if it's either Ketamine or Cocaine. How can I tell? (In the UK so I doubt it's anything else!)

I don't think ketamine can act as a local anesthetic. Substance ID is not allowed.
