This looks like an amphetamine/psychedelic of the MDA/MDMA class. 95% sure.
Closer looking to MDPV to me. Could be something similar. It's not the clearest image either.
I recommend doing a Google Image Search for MDA, MDMA, MDPV and related drugs' chemical structures and compare what you've got with those.

That is MDPV. It doesn`t matter whether a single bond goes upwards or downwards. You can rotate single bonds without changing the chemical.
LOL, are you seriously suggesting that naming a skeletal structure could be considered a breach of the rules? Yeah, it's MDPV. Atoms can rotate freely around single bonds, so the geometry of aliphatic chains doesn't matter, it's the same molecule.
