What is the real value of EZ test??

I bought an EZ tester a while ago because I was running into a lot of bad, mashie, shity e. I got sick and tired of sampling shity pills that all I wanted to know is the pill a real e pill.
I have tested over 25 different pills, including methamphetamine (crystal meth). Out of all of them the only pill which did not turn any colour was an ephedrine pill. All the other ones turned dark purple/black within seconds, including the crystal. Based on the chart the pills should have MDMA in them (MDMA turns dark purple/black, the other XTC like substances have a different colour shade,i.e. green, blue..) But, out of all the pills I tested only one was a real e pill, i.e. having MDMA. The other ones were all garbage, no MDMA at all. Their impact varied from nothing (not even a pulse)to mashie/stomach aching symptoms. But they tested positive for an XTC like substance.
What about the crystal why is it testing positive? Does the fact that MDMA have methamphetamine in it's molecular structure make it an XTC like substance? It gives you similar effects, i.e. little euphoria, alertness, energy..
What does this all mean?? Before I got the tester I thought it will help me tell the difference between good and bad pills. That was the whole purpose of getting the tester so I don't have to go around sampling pills, I can just test them and know if they are good or bad. Now I find out that the tester doesn't tell me that it only tells that there is an XTC like substance. Well where is it, cause it sure is not in those pills. Even if it has an XTC like substance what kind is it (it should have been MDMA) and why is it's effect not being felt. I have tried real e pill that had a little MDMA in it and you can still feel it's effect. You might have to do another hit but you can tell it's there. Non of these pills show any of MDMA like effects. MDA should be very similar and so should MDEA. So what's really in those pills, why is the tester showing XTC when there is none and what does the EZ tester really tell you ????

well, either your testing kit somehoe got contaminated, or the pills you are testing are MD* and you are just misinformed about what was in them (i.e, the pill you claim was meth). keep in mind that EX-test, dancesafe, and green party kits aren't designed to tell you what is ion a pill, other than weather it is an MD* compound or not. if it turns any other color other than the purple-black, then even tho the kit says its speed or 2cb, keep in mind that there are other chimicals out there that turn orage, yellow, red, etc...

I think you're confused about what the test does and doesn't tell you. First of all, the XTC-like substances MDXX etc. will also turn purple-black, not blue-green. Green indicates 2-CB and pure speed will turn orange. The test will also not tell you how strong the pill is, so even a small amount of ecstasy will turn the purple-black color. What the test is for is to help prevent you from taking DXM, or PMA, or some other bunk pills. And by the way, from what I've read, MDA does not have terribly similar effects to MDMA, MDA is more trippy. I've had good results with my test kit, but I also view the pill reports and the dancesafe testing page to help determine what's in the pill. It also sounds like you have taken a lot of pills?? Are you possibly building a tolerance to MDMA? Your reaction to the pill could have to do with your brain chemistry/tolerance as well as whats in the pill. Good luck, and don't quit testing your pills!

First, the green/blue shade I was reffering to is an actual shade that some xtc like substnaces have. They all turn dark purple, but some have different minor colour shades (check out EZ test site pictures for ref.)
Second, yes the speed capsule was really speed (I had other people try it who know what speed is and they all said it was speed).
Therefore it's not a myth that the tester is testing crystal meth as dark purple. The only thing I don't know is weather there was something else mixed with it. But it does not make sense, why would they cut it with an MDXX substance when speed is cheaper and easier to find. By the way speed has that bitter taste and then your tongue gets a bit numb.
Third, no I have not built up a tolerance to MDMA simply because none of the pill shad any MDMA in them. I started doing e last Sept/99 and started running into shity (no real MDMA in them) as of March/00. None of the people I know out there are experiencing a MDMA effect in their pills (happy euphoric) because there isn't any MDMA in them but perhaps some similar compound, easier to make giving you a high/stoned and in some cases mashie feeling. I still have a few good old ones which I use once in a while. I still feel the MDMA effect the same as when I started them last year.
As far as the EZ tester goes, all the shit e (mashie, stoned and some even without a heartbeat) are testing positive. Therefore either the tester is contaminated, which means there was no qulaity control on it or it simply tests positive as long as there is something with similar structure of MDXX. But here is the question which no one has answered yet: if a pill has 2 or even 3 different compounds in it (2CB, DXM and some MDXX), which component is the tester going to pick up first, and what about the other components, i.e. will the tester tell you they are present???

Hit the Dance Safe site and you'll see some pills tested as MDMA. If you get them, you know you have MDMA and can then judge your feelings. Other than that, most descriptions of bomb pills coming from Canada do seem to last long and fuck you up, as you stated, not MDMA.

I have had great success with my EZ Test. Every purple/black reaction has been a good pill, every orange/brown reaction has either been speed or K. so far it's been pretty reliable

Probably all those pills had some MDxx in but only a small amount. It only needs a little bit to set it off.
