Watery eyes and a runny nose, followed by a quick rush of anxiety once I realize I'm in withdrawal, after that spike in anxiety pretty much all symptoms make themselves known at the same time before gradually getting worse and worse.
Usually the first signs for me are either sweating for no good reason, sudden worsening of allergies or stomach cramps. The rest usually follows later.
Actually the very, very first sign I get is that I start sneezing more than twice in a row and no I'm not kidding. Usually then it's three times in a row, or else it goes on for a minute straight. It's so reliable that the people close to me know it to be a telltale sign, too. The anxiety also happens before most other things for me, and sweat always shows up early.
Psychologically, it's anxiety and cravings. Physically, the first symptoms I experience are akathisia and the accompanying Restless Legs Syndrome which both steadily grow in intensity.
Yawning, humid eyes, nausea, these symptoms come first followed by sadness/depression, vomiting and that horrible feeling of knowing nothing can save you.
I´m sweating only to have thought about it.
Very first thing for me is feeling tired and yawning. Right on top of that is sweating and anxiety. Those are the first wave but if nothing is taken the second and third wave are seriously much worse.
