Any forum where you find a member whose knowledge/approach interests and motivates you. But generally, not the larger forums where intelligence gets drowned under the weight of idiocy.

This is my favourite forum because we're more like a small community or town where you know everybody, though for wealth of I formation gh15 is king

I'm not a member of that forum, but from observing the various others I've floated through over the last 15+ years, I'd say knowledge and information in themselves are much less important than a) the ability to make it accessible to the average trainer, and b) the development of a positive, motivating environment.

For all the increased understanding, knowledge and compounds today, the practical change in physiques has been very incremental. Therefore, for the average (non-Geek) bodybuilder, a forum that just gets the basics right would IMO be 'the best' for most.

GH15 due to all the years of combined experience from the members, and there are sub-forums on topics that aren't dedicated to AAS. Smorgasbord of information on just about every topic.
