I am prescribed Klonopin 1mg for my anxiety, but I noticed at this mom and pop pharmacy they have Sandoz generic, and I think it's awesome! lol. I tried Teva before and I didn't like it. However, I am not on prescription coverage anymore, so the mom and pop pharmacy doesn't take a discount card and I would have to pay $60 for it, so I went to Target and got my Klonopin, but the generic brand is Actavis. Has anyone ever heard of that generic of Klonopin? If so does it work? Is it strong? What is the best generic form of Klonopin 1mg. In your opinion? I am worried if the Actavis isn't going to work for me because Sandoz really worked for me.

They are all the same to be honest. That being said, I understand people feel one is better than the other, and if you are that worried, ask the pharmacist if he/she can order what you want. Keep in mind, many pharmacies are unwilling to do so because of cost or in the case of large chain stores, may not even be able to do so because of corporate policy.

Actavis (or Watson as they used to be called) is the 3rd or 4th largest generic company, if that helps set your mind at ease.

I agree with Kittycat5. They are all the same essentially. There may be a small noticeable change between brand name and generic but in terms of one generic company vs another generic company, there's really not any difference expect the size/shape/color of the pill. Most of the time I get TEVA and sometimes I'll get a different brand and I won't be able to tell the difference if my life depended on it. They all contain the same amount of clonzapam.

Hate to be the party pooper, but just so your aware in the future brand discussion isn't allowed so expect this thread to be closed. Many, many people complain about certain brands being less effective than others... but with the exception of watson vs mylan hydrocodone I've personally never noticed any differences. Then again I've met quite a few people who swear the amount of APAP in their opioid concoctions contributes to the strength of their high, analgesia aside. Placebo is strong, I'm not sure where I stand on this matter.
