If smoked is it really only 30 minutes? Then if 8 hours pass it is safe to take benzo? It is over 5 half life's

Most places cite the half life of morphine as 2 to 3 hours (some ranges go much shorter).

8 hours later is probably okay, but be careful maybe take a smaller does than your normally do.
