What helps tramadol withdrawal

Am just asking out of curiosity as to if or when it happens. Anything that helps the depression or insomnia? or sweats, cold flashes etc? these are the typical symptoms of tramadol withdrawal right?

Can I also ask if you take codeine does the tramadol work less? any interactions if one has taken codeine couple of hours earlier before tramadol?

I assume taking tramadol every 4-5 days is enough to get the previous dose out of your system? am talking about between doses of 100-150mg.

To my understanding tramadol is not a traditional opiate but if it has withdrawal symptoms that can be managed the same way, then I find that Z-drugs and benzos (if you can get them) ease the effects of opiate withdrawal, especially the insomnia.

In my experience, tramadol and codeine work fine together. I had no noticeable negative interaction effects other than maybe feeling a little bit tired.
