Opioids what have i done

i bought a water from a gas station and could have swore it was water as it was next to all the others. i did not realize until after i used it for my shot of dilaudid, i took a sip and realized its strawberry flavored water. will this do any harm to me?
 
i dont think it will have any noticeable negative effect, it sure beats toilet water
