my pony ate maybe .3grams of mdma last night and started feeling it pretty good 30 minutes later and then 10 minutes later he coughed or hiccuped (he cant remember) and then his heart started racing for the next at least 5 or 6 hours until the point he fell asleep. woke up feeling fine.

he would stop noticing it if he could distract himself well enough and he wouldnt feel it. it wasnt too uncomfortable or anything but very distracting even from the distractions because he could only stay distracted from it from 10 seconds to a minute or two

You took too much. Try 125mg next time to cut down and cardiovascular issues/anxiety. Abstain from caffeine, eat well and stay hydrated the day of the roll. Have a benzo next time in just in case.
