in all seriousness.. its hardly worth wading through the mountain of free dross to find the odd gem. google-find a free music downloader, if you havent already got one - and spend the time filling up your portfolio with classics instead of sifting through shite online games.. im nostalgic-by-nature but also have terrible memory, so im always hearing or remembering tunes i want to get.. for whatever reason some late 80's/early 90's stuff has a quasi-mystical feel to me that makes me wanna go d/l it so i can listen at will.. its pretty fucking embarassing, but some recent additions have been: adam ant stand & deliver, ace of base all that she wants, duran duran girls on film, prodigy outer space.. jus be dub to me, underwater love, etc etc..

shuffle went from sinead o connor nothin compares to sepultura roots bloody roots this morning %) the net is perfect for this kind of mix n matching

otherwise, kill time googling. i <3 weird shit, some of the creepy mega threads out there are 100+pages of amazing

I quite liked Six Guns, it runs on Android, it's similar to Red Dead Redemption the xbox game, set in the far west you move a character around the place, you can horseride, the quests are quite nice, it has amazing graphics for being a game on a phone.

I find playing games on a phone a bit restrictive, due to the screen size, but Osmos HD is good fun and completely unlike anything else. Better on a tablet.

I play Candy Crush Saga, which is a shockingly addictive game in the vein of Bejewled but requires a degree of strategy (and, later on, luck, which can get frustrating), and I know Jetpack Joyride is free on Android, which I wish I'd found out sooner. Brilliant one to pick up and play for ten minutes here and there, really fun. Otherwise I don't play much else, though getting emulators is worth it. Got a SNES one on mine and am playing through Final Fantasy 6 whenever I'm at the doctors/on a bus/whatever
