What drugs are everyone tonight!

I just encountered a gram of very pure special K well its a little over 1/2g but its really good stuff sold in 1/2s as grams, my area is bad for size :( what else is everyone on tonight!
 
About 200mg O-desmethyltramadol and exactly 150mg tilidine. I have to close one eye to he able to read text on here. I also keep drifting off into nod land while writing this post. It's been a while since I've nodded this hard. It's not something I enjoy every day, but occasionally it can be fucking epic. :D

I'm a little jealous of the ketamine though. It's been a while since I've had that. A small dose would be nice for potentiation right now. Or a big dose on its own, or with a small dose of an opioid would be damn awesome too!
Is it S-ketamine or R-ketamine? Or mixed (racemic)?

Anyway I'm gonna go to bed and nod/sleep. Gotta get up early tomorrow. Peace and enjoy your evening. :)
 
fucking hell yeah! i was on 200mg of tramadol yesterday accompanied by 150mg of codeine. Had another 150mg of codeiene at about 2PM today (yesterday) damn nodding off it is beautiful! do you feel any nausea or Urinary retention from Trammies?

Nah, I have a strong stomach when it comes to opiates/oids nausea. It's rarely an issua for me. O-desmethyltramadol also seems to cause less nausea than normal tramadol, seeing as I don't have to dose as high because it's more potent.

Urinary retention was definitely present, but the naloxone in the valtran (brand name of the Tilidine/Naloxone mixture), has solved that completely by being active in the gut. It doesn't diminish the effects one bit, because it's inactive in the brain below ~24mg orally.
 
i just snorted a 150mg line of ketamine wth a low tolerance im pretty f*cked up at the moment when i close my eyes i feel like i have a nitrious oxide high!
 
10mg Vallium and using that to enjoy a bit more of this Lemon Haze than ususal, and old church lady sweet potatoes, mmmmmm.....sweet potatoes, way better than pumpkin pie.
