What drug did i get prescribed? "po gd prn"

I got a Dr's note for Voltaren SR 75mg and "po gd prn x30 tabs".
Anyone know what the second one is? He said a long word, started with Dex or Dix if that helps. Im debating even getting this medication because i just moved to a big city and the closest place i can get it is pretty far.
And also anything i should know about Voltaren?
 
voltaren is a non steroidal anti inflammatory - diclofenac. it comes in a few forms; pills, patches and creams. the negative side effects out number the good it does imo.

as for the second med, how are we to guess. ring the surgery up and ask for confirmation.
