What does ",,,,,," mean

Hey everyone,
I have seen people use multiple commas (,,,,,,,) as an unorthodox use of punctuation. While I can't see this being incorporated into standard written English, I was wondering how it affects the sense of the punctuation mark. Anyone?

i think its probably a typo on their part.
