What Does An Oc 80 Feel Like In Comparison?

I have read all over and I can't really find a good answer to this.

Lots of folks say it releases 40% immediately and the other 60% is time released. is this true? I'm sure there are a lot of people here who have popped a whole 80 and know the answer to this.

What does taking an oc 80 feel like as apposed to taking a roxi 30? if an 80 really does release 40% right away then it would feel better than one roxi right?

Also wouldn't an oc stop releasing oxycodone at about the eight hour mark? If it last 12 hours and oxycodone last 4-6 hours then it would have to stop releasing oxycodone well before the 12 hour mark right? If it was still releasing oxycodone at the 12 hour mark then oc would be like a 16-18 hour drug.

So even if it evenly time released the oxy as apposed to the 40% immidiately it would be 10mg an hour right?

I just find it hard to believe it would only release 10 or less mg per hour. That doesn't seem like it would give proper pain relief to me.

An 80 is gonna feel stronger than a 30 even without defeating the time release. But all you need to do is crush them.

Well it's an op 80. After all the reading I have done I am just gonna give up and take it orally. When I have more I might try microwaving, freezing, or soaking them in soda or whatever really works. There just doesn't seem to be a consensus on what works and i dont want to ruin them.

Now if my tolerance was at about 45-60mg the last time I used oxy. It would be safe for me to take an 80 right? I know it's time released 80mg but I always play it safe.

If you think about it, Oxycodone has a half-life of about 3 to 4.5 hours and also reaches peak plasma levels in about an hour after you've dosed (oral). By releasing 10 or so milligrams every hour, an OC is basically compensating for a certain amount of the Oxy in your blood that your liver has metabolized by releasing 10 or so more milligrams ever hour. So theoretically, you should be experiencing pain relief until all of the Oxy has been released into your bloodstream (hopefully about 12 hours of pain relief) and your plasma levels begin to return to normal (no more Oxy in your blood).

Yeah that should work pretty well at your tolerance.

So does anyone know if an oc 80 would release 40% of the oxy immediately? That's the question I'm wondering about most.

For anyone who has just taken an oc 80 whole what's your opinion on this? It should be pretty easy to tell the difference between 10mg or like 35mg.
