What do you think would happen, realistically, if everyone on Earth took one pill

the first few hours i would imagine people coming out of their houses and making love to all of their neighbors

then everyone would have a gnarly comedown and armagedon would take place
 
Techno would come to it's logical place as #1 on the Billboard charts. Sales of House would sky rocket... Happy Talking Hallucinated Glowstick Creature would take over as President?

I dunno, I know I'd be way too lazy and blah coming down off pills to participate in the apocolypse. Society would completely stop for a day though as everyone on earth would call in sick. :)
 
The bad would overwhelm the good.

Imagine all the people attempting to drive. The pile-ups and horrible accidents would be basically on every street.

With the amount of ODs and bad reactions, hospitals would be flooded with patients and wouldn't have enough room for them all. All of the hosptial staff would be rolling, and sadly hugs are not a good enough way to help someone ODing.

Realistically, I think if everyone got hit by it around an hour in, about 30 minutes could be really good, and then pending on where you were, it would either be really good or really terrible.
