What do people "cut" weed with?

cutting weed like chopping it up?
or cutting it like adding something to it to make it look like more?

i used to use my hand to break up weed 90% of the time. the rest of the time i'd either use scissors or some type of grinder.

as far as cutting weed to make it smell better or weigh better i've personally seen a few different things.

1.) spray with water. wetter=heavier. unfortunately pretty commmon among shady dealers...either that or they are selling shit that hasnt been dried properly.
a variation i've seen grimey fucks pull is spraying the weed with salt water, or sugar water and then letting it dry. sprayed with sugar water, once dried it's covered in sugar crystals...same with salt water. the only exception is the sugar water makes the bud smell kinda sweet (doesn't make it taste better, actually usually ruins the taste more than anything)
spraying with salt water is actually pretty dangerous...i'm not one of the "chem posters" who could tell you exactly how bad smoking salt is, but it's definately not good at all for your lungs or body

2.) the real nasty cuts. i've heard people spraying schwag with windex, raid, any household cleaning supply...and other shit like liquid ginseng.

i'm not proud to say it...but in like 8th grade i sold some kids "nanners" (dried bannna peels) with oregano, a little bit of mid grade weed, and threw in some prozac.

i know it was stupid and dangerous. but at the time i didn't give a fuck. if you don't have good connections watch out, you might get some real wild shit if you don't know whats up
 
I bought some weed the other day that had those little yellow balls on it. Here's a picture, is this what some of you were talking about?

Well.. Cutting is really replacing the product with something that looks like it should belong there, to cheap you out and give you less good product, and charge the same so the dealer makes more. So yeah you can cut weed, and I know people that do, just add way more stem and tons of seeds in there. It's still a gram, but half of it you can't smoke. I had that done to me when I first bought weed in HS, the guy thought I was a newb so he cheaped me. I didn't notice till later and decided to let it go, but he never got any of my money again.

i fail to see what is wrong with that bud , then again iam colour blind. maybe because its a bad picture. those spots look like trichomes from what i can see or possibly mold. if its stuck to the weed then its probably mold

only ever had some weird chunks of white shit stuck in my weed, never a powder just weird pebble sized things. ive had it wet, you usually know if theyve soaked it tho cause it will mold if stored imporperly and it wont sparkle in the light.
 
lol i sold an 1/8th about 90% marjova 10% grinded weed and stuck a few stems in it. An asshole thing to do but it got me 2 e pills and a gram
 
i wouldnt worry about shit like that, weed is kinda hard to fake unless your a total fucking noob
 
in europe you often come across bird sand weed. its mostly very high quality material somebody threw in a bag with some bird sand in it and shaked it around for like 2 minutes. the sand will stick to the sticky parts and add alot of weight. you cant tell by plain view, but by crumbling it. its sold for the normal gram price, but one gram equals about 0.7 unsanded weed. you can also buy it any time, cause nobody buys it in large quantities or regulary. its the last resort, but at least very potent.
 
ahh let you guys on a lil secret.............alot of commercial hells angels will soak there bud in 7up then dry it out.........it gives it a citrus smell.......a shiny look and adds weight.............................and long as were on the same topic..........when they move large amounts of coke and meth........there will be resado on the bags withc they throw the bud in and shack around to get the left overs on the bud..........but im lucky to no alot of homegrowers that supply this town and i just get it off them
 
only a dick would try to sell you somthing besides pot but just a glance you should be able to tell weather its real or not
 
As for hash, it can be cut with alot of things apparently. There's a report by the BBC that says most resin is mixed with coffe and other substances. It said that Cardiff had the cheapest prices in the UK and that most of the Resin there was cut with ketamine which was more than suprising for me. I thought it was a scare tactic but It was a cannabis activist that said it :

"Cannabis resin is made up of less than ten per cent cannabis anyway," he added, "the rest is ketamine, plastic to give it shape, diesel to make it oily and henna and coffee to give it colour, so it's not very good anyway'' - Pro Cannabis Campaigner, Jeffery Ditchfield

you can "cut" your weed, or at least get more money out of it by spraying the bag with plain old water. Adding moisture to the bag, therefore giving you an extra couple grams to sell without any more weed. Another trick ive heard of is to mix a little sugar in with water and spray your dope with that. this way, you get slightly heavier weed from the water, a little more weight from the sugar, and your weed looks suddenly covered in 'crystals' and feels sticky.

or add fruit peels and lettuce to the bag to add in more moisture

or when diming out your weed way out .8 of bud and .2 of shake and bottoms.

my friend just sold a kid a quarter of a small amount of scwag with a load of catnip. kid didnt even know. dumbass. the kids not a newbie either, hes been smoking longer than i have. hes just one of those kids who thinks hes a badass for smoking every once in awhile.
 
Weed gets cut with silica, suger water solution, starch solutions, talc anything which will allow them to add weight and restore crystaly apperance after scuffing.

Even happens in amsterdam and even coffe shops get ripped off sometimes, it can be hard to tell.
