What did you do to get off your butt today? vs. "Butt's off the floor!"

3 sets of barbell squats, then my best friend came over and we continued to blast it. 3 more sets of squats, 2 sets of military press, 2 sets of pullups. The new gym I constructed in my basement is absolutely ace. I was considering doing a short 5-8km run tonight, I think I'll forego it and just do 15-20km tomorrow instead.

4.5 minute plank:
- 60 seconds standard
- 30 seconds right arm raised
- 30 seconds left arm raised
- 30 seconds right leg raised
- 30 seconds left leg raised
- 15 seconds left arm, right leg raised
- 15 seconds right arm, left leg raised
- 60 seconds standard

3 x 40 bicycle crunches

4 x 8 dumbbell curls

4 x 10 alternating deltoid raises

55 alternating single leg pushups

25 diamond pushups

Its bright and early in the morning. I feel a run is in order.

I was deeply depressed for months and months (I'm fantastic now, no depression at all). Lacking in much exercise besides walking in the past 8 months. Today is a new beginning as I'll be adding more intense exercise into my climb back into normality.

Good morning all, hope you guys enjoy your work outs

5-5-5-5 bench press

3 supersets
10 x incline fly
10 x incline press
10 x push-up

10 sets misc. chest/core body-weight exercises, no rest

3 mi run
400m sprint
1 mi cool-down

just got back from a week in aruba, where workouts were not exactly a priority. glad to knock out a big one today.

I wish I could say I dedicate 4 hours of every day to working out and the remainder of the day to cooking up clean recipes, but I work and school full time.

Small corrections, though: to both better my eating habits and save a lot of money, I'm limiting myself to eat out once per week.

And I know I could get up at 5 and MAKE time to work out for an hour a day, and hopefully one day I will get there, but I'm starting out small and building myself up. I'm trying to, at the very least of 5 days a week, spent 30 minutes every day working cardio: either swimming, elliptical, or running with the Zombies! Run app.

Today I did the Zombie Run. Mission accomplished!

I know it's not much yet, but I'm working my way there! Baby steps!

Yes, yes, the app. Though I did hear about the event in Austin! I'm in California now but I'll be moving to the general Austin area in November so maybe I will see if I can still sign up!
