destroyed my shins and hands and feet on some poles in a new gym i joined last night (apparently my elbows are titanium at this point). they have krav maga classes there, and its all these meathead bruisers in that gym, so they basically rigged up a bunch of padded stuff and duct taped it to all the metal poles which hold the building up. i havent had a nice hard material with soft padding on the outside to slam into since i stopped training kung fu full time. im gonna be hard as steel in a few weeks!
finishing up my tea, waiting for 2 noisia sets to finish downloading for gym music, then my shoulder tricep workout will consist of the following:
hypertrophy style reps...
4 sets military press freeweights
4 sets ant delt raises, freeweights
4 sets post delt extensions, hybrid machine (hammer strength machine)
4 sets french curls, curling bar
4 sets of single arm tricep pulldowns, cable
4 sets of shrugs, freeweights
dips until i burn
dropset of military press on a machine
21s of tricep pulldowns, rope/cable
bout 100 crunches on a light weight, machine
a shaolin ab crunch routine
then ill rest and eat a salad and some eggs. then ill get a tan and train sword strikes and quarterstaff strikes. then im gonna pig out on some big ass home made dinner were having for my Lady's moms mommys day celebration. her parents find it extremely entertaining how much my skinny ass can eat.
