Wow darlin ^ that's a lot of running.

Today has been a good day - flu is totally gone, tthe coating of my tongue is gone.

SO I have done full body isometrics and isotonics all day, then I did 60 squats before lunch, 50 pressups (4 varieties), and half an hour of yoga. I'm about to powerwalk 2 miles.

WOOP!!!

10-10-10-10 bench press

8 x 10 mix of push-ups, crunches, stability push-ups, ghd sit-ups (no rest at any point)

today
am - 30 min run

pm - 60 min bodypump class w/ gf
 
Well I'm about to bike my new route. Its through a middle class neighborhood with lots of trees. Keeps the sun from bothering my blue eyes. It's around 4.5 miles round trip. Usually takes less than 25 minutes at a modest pace. I always bring a couple cigarettes to smoke on the way.
 
Epic amounts of plyometric circuits. Heismans, high jumps, squat-jacks, high knees, switch kicks, 1-2-3 heismans.

Four and a half miles round trip is two and a quarter miles one way. It takes you 25 minutes to go two and a quarter miles on a bicycle?
 
^ lol It can take me 20 mins to do the same - I don't like going full pelt most of the time when cycling - especially if I got nice scenery to pass through - it's a waste...but smoking on the way? I'm not even gonna go there. hahaha.

Today I have been continuing with my full body isometrics, but stepping it up to 20 seconds per rep from 16.

I did 30 squats when I woke up, and then did 120 dips in a row, taking a few spare breaths every 20 or so dips - almost at my 150! One more week to go I reckon.

Found a Bruce Lee workout for lats and abdominals today, so I'm gonna get crackin on that over the weekend, while spring is still vaguely here.
 
at the gym: bench - first set 260lbs 8 reps 2nd set 260lbs 7 reps 3rd set 280lbs 2 reps 4th set 210 12 reps. lateral pulldown 2 sets of 210 for 8 and 10 reps. pec fly 2 sets 210 10 reps each. the reverse fly (don't know the name) 2 sets 180 lbs 1st set 10 reps 2nd set 8 reps. bicep curls 45lb barbells 4 sets of 8 on each arm. shoulder thing where you lift the weights sideways 40lb barbells 2 sets of 8. row 210lbs 2 sets of 8. i also walked about 2 miles and am about to walk my dog.

FUCK YEAH!

Man, I knew I should not have stopped when I did. I didn't need to but the 5 people started to walk and it was easier to walk uphill then exert the energy to past them. I was unfamiliar with the trail so I didn't know when to pour it on. The last 30 secs was a sprint I blew past 5 :) I am learning how to be competitive with others.

kept trying to play with my sword but it keeps raining! and then it stops raining. and then i go outside, and it rains again. so now im conditioning my shins and feet with a klean kanteen (fuckers never dent!), and i shall resign myself to doing the dishes.
 
Man, I slacked this week. I can't wait to get health insurance. I really want to get tested for hypothyroidism. I'm so tired today and there is no reason.

Anyway, Sunday I worked and Monday it rained, so no workout.

Tuesday: legs with lots of squats. Holy shit, my ass hurt for 2 days.
Wednesday: Chest, biceps and triceps lots of running, but shit it hurt to run the next day.

Haven't worked out since. I think tomorrow will start up my week again unless the 5 hour energy I drink in about an hour motivates me to get my arse out the door for a run.
 
easy 10k in 1h 20min. atmospheric pressure was waaaaaaaay low so it was hard the first five but I took it with calm and caught up with it in the end.
