Did a run at the park. My shins LOVE spongey grass! :)


haha I love that you said spongey grass! I love spongey grass! Just saying those words makes me smile uncontrollably! :D


I just did a run to the lake by my house and back...... without stopping! Probably only 2 - 3 miles but still, accomplishment. woop.

We (Busty and I - my most awesome work-out buddy) convinced me to go for a jog after work. Best. Decision. Ever. I feel so much better for it, and I improved yet again (not sure about times as I didn't bring my phone, but I only rested for two minutes the whole time). =D
 
First day of weights. Felt good to be doing it again after 3 years but was dissapointing that I have to start at a low weight. Basically 27-30 kgs on all weight machines besides the leg press which was 39 Kgs. Where before I was around 80kgs on most machines and 100 kgs on the leg press off memory.
 
Man, I was in a lot of pain yesterday, and it's persisted until today, but if it doesn't pour rain I will still go on a jog.

Monday: boot camp, biceps back
Tuesday: circuit. They are really fun. She has 11 exercises set up and half of us are put on one of the exercises each and the other half runs or does jump rope. We do that for 2 mins, and then we switch it up and the other half does the exercises.
Wednesday: legs
Thurs: Substitute trainer and she was supposed to target triceps chest, but she did more whole body. My hamstrings are killing me from doing so many squats 2 days in a row.

Not sure if I will do my normal run today, and tomorrow I have to work because as the boss says "If I got to be here so do you." Asshole. Luckily, my 90 days aren't up so I get paid extra. I am really gonna be pissed at myself if I skip 3 days of exercising.

Today I went for a quick jog around my new neighbourhood (the city of Sydney, no less), then did a tabata session at home afterwards :)

I felt a little sore afterwards, however I think that is more me being out of shape.

3.2 mile trail run
no wheezing I swear it was the high pollen count but I did have my last ciggie on Sat. No more for the week anyway
 
10k on the treadmill, then 6k on the stationary bike, then one hour at the park doing handstands. Felt pretty damn good.
 
Ran to and from the train stations, to and from work today. It was about 10 minutes of running each trip, so 40 mins altogether. But I ran as fast as I could (with a backpack on...which is incidentally not that fast), to make the most of it :D
