7 x 10 pushups
10 x 10 squats
10 x 10 lunges (each leg)
was hoping to make a run or bushwalk today also.. will see i still fell very unfit.
Am sweating and panting after doing this alone although the whole workout is stretched to 30 mins for cardio.... i fill in the above with basic running on the spot, single, double and tripple punches in sets of ten:\

yesterday

3 supersets:
7 x l-hand dumb-bell snatch squat
7 x 24" box jump
7 x r-hand dumb-bell snatch squat
7 x 24" box jump

then as many burpees as possible in two minutes. if you aren't wrecked at the end of a workout, that'll always do the trick.

today

AMRAP in 20 min of:
250m row
25 push-ups

got 12 almost exactly.

This weekend I want for a nice hike then sat in the hotspings it was very relaxing,
Today I did 40 mins of the Insanity pure cardio workout then a little yoga nice way to start the week.

4 mile run (45 min.) of cardio....fucking SHIT!!! I feel like i am going to die and my ears hurt! But in about 45 min i'm a feel great lol...and eat everything in my house :)

chest and tricep weight training day (45 min. high intensity little rest time in between sets)

^ Ouch! Hope you didn't break it and that it's feeling better soon!

I went for about a mile and a half total with the dogs today. The heat was too much for them, though I could've went much farther. I might go for a bike ride later tonight but I really should get started on this huge paper I have due soon...

^ Yea the dogs usually take a bit to get used to the heat. If they are long haired maybe they need a haircut? It is always funny this time of year here with all the German shepherds getting their yearly haircut. I always bring extra water (some to rub on his head and ears, and some to drink) for my dog when the temps start going up. He still struggles all through summer because he has really dark red fur (looks black when not directly in the sun), and he darts from shade spot to shade spot.

Good lower back workout today with 5 hours microscopy in too low of a chair. Did the normal bike ride to Uni/walk with the dog. Weather is so nice this time of year.

Hrm, I dunno how feasible it would be to cut either of the big dog's fur! They're not short-haired GSDs, but they have two coats. I'll probably just have to start walking them in the mornings or in the late evenings. Thanks for the idea about cutting their fur though--I'm going to ask the groomer of my other dog (she's a Pomeranian) how feasible it'd be. :)

I walk outside for an hour and a half some days, and go to the YMCA to do the machines and use the stepper for and hour and 5 mins.It varies..sometimes I do all in one day-and some I don't do anything.I need to take pills in order to get into the mood though,so...

Went to a local park with S_L and one of "my" dogs. Walked along a trail for about 45 minutes. Going to take my dog for a walk shortly. :)

Update: Went for a little over a mile and a half with my dog--She was draggin' towards the end of it, poor thing. But this mile and a half was about double what we did the other day, so it's progress for the both of us. :)
