4 supersets
7 x dumb-bell curl
10 x overhead tricep press

4 supersets
7 x seated, twisting curl
10 x one-hand overhead tricep press

drop sets on tricep extension machine and curl machine
 
^ I wouldn't do very good with that. :P The fast walking, that is. hahaha.

Unfortunately no. With all the rain, I've been hesitant to take out my camera. Not to mention by the time I got the camera turned on, out of its case, out of my bag, the moment would be lost and I'd be a block behind the duo. 8) That may change today as I've nixed the case to instead just carry the camera in my messenger bag, but meh, we shall see.

On top of all that, you know I'm not the most enthusiastic about photography in every day life. Photography as an art, sure, but of just ordinary things?
 
1 mile warm-up
12 x 60m stride drills
6 x 60m uphill sprints
2 x 100m sprints on the track
1 mile cool-down

hot sunny day here. really just wanted an excuse to spend an hour on the track.
 
... FIVE miles? In a front crawl position?!

I'm telling you i have been following this sight for YEARS (joined recently) and rangerz is the most original interesting person i've ever heard of (based on his postings)...does HELLA stimulants and then does stuff like that! He's also really knowledgable about everything...he's a good example of harm reduction and education on what you are doing....

Anyways....45 minute weight training (chest and triceps)...feeling energetic and horny :)
 
Posting for yesterday was too tired to jump straight on and post stuff....

Morning session consisting of
7x sets of 10 pushups
10x sets of 10 overhead lifts (standing up lifting heavy ceramic garden pot from chest to over head)
10 mins run on spot, knees up high, then feet to ass.
10x sets of 10 squats
10x sets of 15 lunges each leg
Pool freestyle for a few laps probably worked out to 50 metres.

Pleased with this although i think todays gonna be my day off..
Im learning that endorphins are yummy after you get thru the work%)

Just had another PT session, she pushed me so hard :( I feel sick! But somehow I always look forward to the next session :D
 
you masochist you :)


parents are visiting this week and I made them hike up a mountain with me.... total of ~8 miles and strenuous uphill and downhill terrain. They whined the whole way but they made it :) I was proud of them.
