TDS What did MDMA do to my brain? :(

Im sorry im new to blue light and dont really know the forum rules but here i go. About 5 days ago a friend and I took some pure MDMA. Over the course of 6 hours i probably had 600mg. Very stupid on my part i know that. When the night was over it was a normal MDMA hangover. Not too bad but as the days went on the problem seemed to progress. When ever the sun goes down my body enter a rolling state (Rushes of energy, heightened senses, mellow feeling). The rushes of energy prevent me from sleeping and also cause lots of paranoia. When everyone in the house is asleep i feel so alone. Like im in a box on an island in the middle of nowhere. I feel like people are out to get me and something bad will happen to me when i sleep. So i stay up all night scared. When i close my eyelids the rushes go through my body almost as if i am peaking. I feel as if my body is creating its own roll every night. I dont know if itll stop. I took a drug test and am clean from all drugs. Why is my body reproducing MDMA effects when the sun goes down. I normally roll once the sun goes down. Is my brain associating MDMAs effects with what time of day it is? Im scared and want this too stop. Im taking 5-htp twice a day and also taking multivitamins. Has this happened to anyone else? Please help!
 
^ about 2012 December I have also experienced very nasty effects due to taking too much, 6 tabs if I remember which is a very high dose and took them consecutively without waiting to re-dose plus it was not tested. You have probably developed some type of anxiety as this has been a shock to your system and to your brain. I was down for about a year and recovered on Dec 2013 but unlike you, I abused mdma so you should be fine, just give yoru body enough time to recover and do not touch any drugs until your body has fully recovered. Aside from taking multivitamins you should also change your diet and exercise as much as you can if you have not done so.
 
I have been eating plenty of salad and am starting to go for daily walks. Would taking .5mg of xanax before bed help at all? Or do you suggest staying completely clean? Ive only used MDMA about 10 times and this is my first time taking so much in one night. I just hope these effects go away soon.
 
Stop taking 5htp!! Just get a lot of rest and excercise like maya said. You've triggered anxiety it sounds like. It should pass just try and stay positive. Feel free to pm for any advice

Staying completely clean hun, benzo like xanax is risky as you might get an addiction to this drug, the diet and exercise should suffice and if you have not looked into cbt I would do so also, that and meditation at night.

I did try to take 5htp but my anxiety only got worse so I sticked to the proper diet and exercise. Just always remember that these effects are temporary and you will heal in time. Just try to distract yourself by keeping yourself busy and if you are getting panic attacks just practice breathing techniques.

In addition to all of this, I also would like to mention Magnesium Malate as it tremendously helped get rid of brain zaps if you are getting brain zaps you might also want to research on this supplement.
 
you can better eath whole foods in stead of taking vitamin supplements, they also provide a ton of other benefits.
 
Been 5 months since I was in that position you're in. It gets better. I'm still to fully recover and forget, but it's happening! Woop!
