What brand is this fentanyl patch??

Uhm. i got a fentanyl gel patch that has small black print on it saying fentanyl trandsdermanal system 75mcg. I just wanna know who manufacturers it. It's black print on the patchi it's self. Kinda like the text your reading now. Any feedback on these brand? Good bad ugly?
