what bodybuilding supplements do you use?

There isn't really a magic "get big quick" suppliment. I know that's probably not what you want to hear. A solid workout plan, pleanty of rest, limit alcohol to 1 day/week, and lots of food (4000 - 5000 calories/day is what I ate for months)

To answer you question I take BCAA's, protein powder, and just a basic pre workout supplement.

As of late protien powder, an iron free multivitamin, B12, B5, L-Arginine, Green Coffee Bean Extract, and Dandelion Root.

Dandelion is used for many conditions, but so far, there isn’t enough scientific evidence to determine whether or not it is effective for any of them.

Dandelion is used for loss of appetite, upset stomach, intestinal gas, gallstones, joint pain, muscle aches, eczema, and bruises. Dandelion is also used to increase urine production and as a laxative to increase bowel movements. It is also used as skin toner, blood tonic, and digestive tonic.

Some people use dandelion to treat infection, especially viral infections, and cancer.

In foods, dandelion is used as salad greens, and in soups, wine, and teas. The roasted root is used as a coffee substitute.

So I am assuming that he is using it to shed excess water; which I have to say it works well for. But using it for that it does have fringe benefits ie: joint pain & muscle aches associated with intense training, not to mention the boost in appetite and keeping the GI tract running smooth.

Can I literally eat the roots off the ones in my yard??? There has to be more to it than that or else the stuff would be free/cheap

One thing I've been think a lot about is, which supplements I plan on using as soon as I complete a cycle. To give me the best chance to keep most of the gains, I know I'm going to eat a lot, workout hard, supplement with protein powder, creatine, about 4 grams or more daily of beta alanine + 2 or 3g of taurine (help boost endurance in gym once test wears off), and multi-vitamin. What else should I try? I'm also concerned about mood during PCT. Any recommendations there?

I cannot give a definitive report on this but I've read that ghrp+ghrh can be used to bridge cycles to aid on keeping gains (unless you're already using gh then continue with that). Lots of reports say that ghrp-6 was very helpful in that it boosted appetite to stupid high amounts which allows one to keep the body Anabolic.

Not everybody may agree with me, but I would not really use any of those other than protein powder and a multi during your cycle. At the last day of your cycle, I'd start using D-Aspartic Acid (it takes at least a week to saturate in the body ) and when I beginning of my PCT, I'd start with 20,000 IU of vitamin D3, which in my opinion is probably the best natural test booster. Along with all vitamins and creatine and other supplements.
As far as mood goes? Just try to stay active. Anytime I start to get in a bad mood, I go and do some curls or wrist curls. Get out in the sunlight. Maybe start drinking a cup of coffee every day and take St John's Wort

Coffee? Coffee can supress appetite which IMO is not the best thing to do during a PCT.
Also, isn't caffeine slightly catabolic? I could be wrong on that though I may have made that part up....

I would venture to say you could make *some* gains if you manage to get legit GHRP or GHRH.

Some people also claim ostarine on LOW doses can be used to bridge cuz its claimed to not cause suppression. Though those claims seem too good too be true so... when it seems too good to be true, it generally is.

With the ghrp/ghrh thing I'd only go with ghrp-6 with cjc without dac for appetite boost. Though I'd imagine itd only be good for maintaining what you gained, not really for furthering your gains. I am a natty lifter for now so just trying to gain more knowledge and input for my future cycle(s).

I'm not on all of these now, but my favorite supps:

Whey
Creatine
Vitamin C & D3 (I live where there's no sun 9 months per year)
Arginine-AKG
Citrulline Malate
Caffeine
1,3,-DMAA
N-Acetyl-Carnitine
Beta Alanine
BCAA's
ZMA

For me my year round supplements are as follows ( btw I am not plugging any of these brands i just happen to like these specific ones)
Optimum Nutrition - Optimen Multivitamin
True Nutrition - BCAA
True Nutrition- EAA
True Nutrition - Electrolytes
True Nutrition - Joint Support
True Nutrition - Coral Calcium
True Nutrition - Super Omega 3,6,9

I have some serious joint issues ( left knee has been replaced, and the right has had both the ACL and MCL completely rebuilt. As a result of several severe injuries during my tenure in the Army) But other then that its not much else except a separate B-complex, a C & E vitamins.

@ Serotonin----->Yes, you can eat dandelions raw - the leaves and the root. Make sure they aren't sprayed with any pesticides. Wash them well, just use common sense as the root is a natural diuretic and over intake can lead to severe dehydration ^-^ a little goes a long way. But it is better to dry the root if you are planning to use it for that purpose. If you want cheap tasty salad greens that also works too but please be sure that you can identify the plant you are eating if you are planning on foraging; with that in mind happy hunting. ^-^

Caffeine supposedly ( and I agree that it does ) boost testosterone. The problem is that, after more than 100mg, it also supposedly boost cortisol. So, I'd say take an antioxidant before you drink your coffee, or make sure that you'd eaten about an hour before hand, so that your insulin is still up. Insulin or antioxidants, to my understanding, both blunt Cortisol, but have little effect on test.

Coffee is thermogenic though. But, honestly, wtf is one cup of coffee going to do to you? Oh no, you burned 30 more calories than normal!? Pff lol

Nicotine and caffeine also are suppose to synergize for its thermogenic effect. As in the effect isn't additive.

Well caffeine isn't negotiable. I drink one or two LARGE cups a day. By lunch, I usually have an energy drink to boot. I get that 2:30 feeling (American TV commercial) way before 2:30. Some people need caffeine to stay awake at work...

Its not 30 cals if it supresses appetite and you lose 500 cals because you skip a meal. 1 cup in the morning isn't gonna do shit as long as its after food or with food, but a few cups a day can be a problem. Same with energy drinks
