Stimulants what are your thoughts on desoxyn (methamphetamine hydrochloride)

It’s been a long time since I too administered IV drugs like Dilaudid (Hydromorphone) or IV Cocaine…..even IV Speedballs (Diamorphine & Cocaine 20+ years ago)

I was IV injecting Cocaine sporadically a year ago, just due to most effective ROA plus peak C-max in 3 seconds, not 3 minutes blasting lines

IM administration into shoulder muscle for Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam) 15-25 grams over the year or so (average Avizafone dose was 80mg IM) = Valium 40mg

Now, to Methamphetamine……I’ve just acquired a gram of Crystal M and was planning on taking small oral doses as needed as one would take Desoxyn 5mg tablets ….however I’m really curious & giddy about trying an IV injection and slowly pushing down plunger until I feel something pleasurable

Ya for those that REALLY need a potent opioid analgesic they’re a god send…..chronic pain doc prescribed all my Oxy-IR and then rotated to Hydromorph-Contin 9mg XR capsules and Dilaudid 2mg IR …..which due to oral bioavailability I would IV them…now I’d just dissolve in an oral syringe and boof it, which I did when I ran out of Methadone tablets one day before repeat day

Oral Oxycodone for me is still the Opioid King…..no dose ceiling, four 80’s if need be, the proper dose can kill any severe pain…easily the most euphoric non-sedating opioid for me,

Hydromorphone IR is Potent as Fck and akid to Diacetylmorphine (Heroin) and even slightly more potent than Diamorphine too…..but Oxycodone gave me the most euphoric pleasure, every single time

Oxycodone & Ritalin (Methylphenidate) were the only two drugs to give me undeniable overwhelming euphoric pleasure……for me the ultimate oral Speedball before long term oral Methadone 100/125

And as for the Crystal Meth……not really impressed. Looks great, apparently lab tested safe supply in Canada, a few small lines, tingle? …..it’s been 24h since Methylphenidate so it’s not inhibiting the DAT …..I don’t think I’d inject it…..only decent Cocaine I’ll do that to

I should have bought 20 capsules of Rx Dexedrine Spansule 10mg with the same funds

Maybe Lorazepam 2mg & Alprazolam 0.5mg interfered with it? But no…..

for chronic pain that it severe i think fentanyl patches are the best medication ive ever tried.

more analgesia / “high” ratio, so you’re less fucked up and nodding but the pain releif was so crisp and sliced right through it pain more effectively than any pills for me.

pills like oxy and dilaided are obviously more euphoric. i don’t like oxy that much, too stimulating. can’t sleep on it. i prefer a high dose of hydrocodone over a lower dose of oxy.

You know what drug has completely shook me as far as analgesia goes? Kratom's dihydro-7-hydroxymitragynine. I cannot believe how effective this stuff has been managing my pain. I've taken fentanyl in the past in the form of Duragesic and also the lollipops you used to see. Compared to those, MGM15 is right there and for my cervical damage and lower back damage/pain it is a godsend. Sadly, I am going to taper off very soon just out of fear it gets the banhammer like other states have already done. No shocker there. It's too damn good.

i never tried the extracts of kratom compounds ie single compounds.

i would just use whole leaf and occasionally general extract.

while the high of kratom was quite pleasurable and uplifting - i found its analgesic activity to be completely absent pretty much. zero pain relief at all.

this was for chronic pain and spine issues also (pre and post surgery) luckily the surgery worked though.

Indeed, and MGM15 has been a totally different beast. It's like the methadone of kratom. However, I am tapering off now as I fear 1. regulation or ban and 2. terrible withdrawal syndrome.
The delta activity seems to really be destroying naive people trying to get off. Gonna nip it in the bud just in case.

Honestly, man, I think we have very different body chemistry. Oxy is not only my FAVORITE opioid (at least next to oxymorphone/Opana), but I also rest easy on it, despite the stimulation.
MGM15 is actually a knock-out drug. The drowsiness/nod severity is crazy compared to how chatty and charismatic it makes me. With regular 7-OH, it's night and day. With 7-OH, I'm lucky to get an hour or two of analgesia (and high) and it is TOO stimulating. Then I instantly go into withdrawal.
