Nothing but this phone screen with a video of some vibrational music the wife put on the tube for background noise. Quite calming, I'd say.

I was referring to the old firm game but wish I never.theres a severe lack of quality now in the scottish league but it all comes down to money .England's top tier has money to burn so there's no comparison although I think our national team has real quality in most positions apart from a striker .I do like watching the Premier league but it's not as exciting as it used to be .I watched a rather drab team yesterday afternoon that apparently has spent 200 million in the summer.
