90 x 30mg adderall IR
90x 15mg Oxycodone
120 x 60/325mg Codeine/Acetaminophen
28x Bactrim 800/160mg (a week's worth currently got a pretty bad infection on my fooot)
120x 800mg Gabapentin
30x 300/200mg Truvada
30x 100mg Zoloft
30x 100mg Trazodone
 
5mg apixaban - x2
4mg ondansetron - x2
8mg buprenorphine - x2

All daily, though I need to refill the bupe post haste lol... 😉

Also prescribed 50mg testosterone IM - x2 weekly. 🙂

Lantis (Insulin, Slow-Release)
Novorapid (Insulin, Rapid-Acting)
Valproate - 200mg
Naproxen - 250mg
Cyclizine (Marezine) - 50mg
Gliclazide - 80mg
Omeprazole - 20mg
 
Monthly script

1mg Alprozalam x90 tabs
2mg Clonazepam x60 tabs
6mg Bromazepam x60 tabs
150mg pregabalin x90 caps
75mg pregabalin x90 caps
100mg trazadone x30 caps
5mg diazepam x180 tabs
60mg methadone x30 ( liquid form so I get roughly a litre a month, so I get 2000mg a month)




This obviously excludes the side shopping 😆

• 450 mg Wellbutrin
• 50 mg Dexedrine Spansule
• 10 mg Abilify
• 400 mg Tegretol
• 20 mg Lexapro
• 150 mg Seroquel
• Sublingual Ativan, when needed
