Normally I'd say that's retarded but this was actually a pretty good thread.

(unfortunately I am not listening to anything other than the cooling fan on my cpu and the TV in the background, my sound drivers are fucked.)
 
^ I really don't mind. The current guitarist (John Klinghoffer) has been jamming with RHCP for a long time, and has jammed with John Frusciante a lot and even plays guitar on some of the songs I linked before. If John F. is pumping out music this good on his own, then I have no problem with him leaving the band. It is in capable hands, and I don't think that the music on the new RHCP album has suffered much due to the guitarist change.
 
RHCP is still incredible, and that is an immeasurable feat in and of itself. I mean, the older music was certainly of a different tone (imo better), but the new stuff is great, too. I remember how amp'd I was to get the double disk Stadium Arcadium on release day.
