FabricLive 07 - John Peel - really enjoyed that Stee X

Inspired by the baksy thread, I had to listen to:

Massive Attack - Unfinished Sympathy

Followed by:

Black Uhuru - Darkness

In the mood for the Clash next...Old School eh :D

Working at home is the balls. I get to wear my glitter trainers, bra-top n' knickers and listen to sounds! Oddly I get a lot done!

I'm going to see the Chemical Brothers at the Hydo in Glasgow woo hoo. Supported by SLAM.

Anyone one heard their new album yet - Born in the Echos? (Stee?) It's a bit like their old stuff, really loving it.

The Chemical Brothers - Sometimes I Feel So Deserted (Official Audio)
The Chemical Brothers - Under Neon Lights
The Chemical Brothers - Go (Ft. Q-Tip)

SLAM has a special place in my heart from my dancing nights in the SubClub. Their mono and soma nights were superb. I'm going to be dancing my wee heart off that night.

Soma TV - Episode 15 - SLAM

Right I've just seen Plastikman and Richie Hawtin on the servers.... <3 Seen Plastikman at King Tuts, mad tiny place he had the place packed n' jumping :D

I thought Plastikman was Richie Hawtin - one of his main production alter - ego's? Correct me if I'm wrong. Never seen him. Saw Sven Vath in Ibiza about 12 years ago but no Hawtin that week (it was at Cocoon at Amnesia and they were both alternating as residents over the season)

Haven't heard anything new from the Chems in ages K but I'll get straight onto 'Born With the Echos' and work back from there.

Slam - slamslamslamslamslamslamslamslamslamslamslamslamsalad- Yum! I'll save the Soma episode tomorrow as I may do a psyche (ive been really lazy with the swirls this summer and it's the last Saturday I have the house to my tod for the summer) and I have all this years Tomorrowland sets to watch as well (the sets look well shitter than last year - no cox, digweed, beyer, m. bailey) but I should still be able to find 6 hours worth of decent in there to get me through a penny acid.

Scotch has got me thinking of trainspotting.

Trainspotting (Perfect Day)

My senior manager dated Kelly McDonald and my colleague was an extra in trainspotting and Shallow Grave. One of those random work conversations you have...my claim to fame was dating a simple minds drummer... how embarrassing eh!
