nice. i just saw those guys live here in sacramento. after all my years of living in the uk and loving the waterboys, i had to wait 25 years to see them here :)

So was I. My oldest was born 1987 youngest '89. But I was part of that culture at the time. V. happy memories too. I <3 to dance and dance =D

I <3 many don't.

Did your children grow into there own thing, musically like and otherwise? Mine did. One is very into music (song writing, guitar, sax, piano etc) , the other not so much. He has a completely separate value system - he's about coding, developing apps and things I don't understand :\

They've both gone to a lot of gigs and festivals with me. They like variety and are forgiving of my taste. My youngest came to Belfast with to see Spiritualized (couldn't believe that, but hey he did!). Loved it. Both of them have been to Glastonbury several times and other festivals when they were growing up.

They do their own thing and laugh at me a lot :D
