What are some of the best things to do/take that boost the effects of opiates

I have heard that there is alot different pills that make opiates feel much stronger. For example i have heard that if you take a few promethazines after doing about 40mg of OC that will make the 40mg feel like you just did about 60mg. I wanted to know if this was true or not, and I also wanted to know if anyone knew of any other things to take that would make opaites feel stronger. And i also wanted peoples opinion on their fav way to do opaites.

nahh but different antihistamines ie promethazine, doxylamine succinate, certain anti seziure drugs will potentiate your opiate high benzos are great but u have to be careful with them... ps my spelling sux i know
