Opioids went to the e.r., dont got enough pills to last me through weekend,help!

Take 10mg of Methadone and 800mg of Ibuprofen every 6-8 hours as needed for pain, do not take your Xanax during this time to be safe (mixing Methadone and Xanax can have some rather dangerous results). Do not take any benzos while you're taking the Methadone. Take just one 10mg tablet and no more often than every 6 hours, try to go 8 hours between them. Take the methadone orally and on a full stomach or with a glass of milk. Do not overuse your medication. You're taking this to avoid pain. Did they not also prescribe an antibiotic? It appears you have a thread closed already, there's usually a reason for that around here and they're pretty good about telling you why and they don't seem to do it often unless it's a clear violation of their posting guidelines (and it is THEIR house). So, yeah, follow the above directions. You can try icing it to keep the swelling down as well. I'd say every 2 hours with the ice, keep off the foot as much as possible, and keep it elevated.
 
Id say you were really lucky to even get any percs from an er tbh. Usually they will try and give you some kind of super strong nasaid like ketorolac. Everyone has given good advice so far, hey at least youre in a position where you can ride it out, its not benzo wd.
