Well...

damn, was unaware of such a product... good idea tho! was actually just discussing a hypothetical for a comparable product in ADD, only for nicotine (note: turns out nicotinic antagonists are inherently incapable of regular usage in the way opiate-antagonists like naloxone are.. meh)
 
they're in the process of developing vaccines for illicit substance use. causes the body to create antibodies that kill the ingested drug in the blood stream preventing it from causing any effects. I personally wouldnt get the vaccines just in case down the line I need an analogue of the drug for medical purposes (don't know how specific the antibodies would be as heroin for example breaks down into morphine which is used in hospitals).
 
i'm unsure if hte "coke vaccine" is a true vaccine, as i've heard it referred to as "the coke stays in bloodstream and doesn't cross BBB". Dunno. Wouldn't find hte idea of anythign "vaccine"-based attractive but full-on antagonists, if safe/practical/effective, can just be cessated ;P

exactly. I don't want permanent type solutions. plus I'm a polydrug abuser so if I can't do drug A, ill do drug B-drug Z and then some.
