Pretty much...heres what's up.

I been using about 3 years, banging a year and a half.

I typically bang/use once a month when I get my scripts. But...I legitly want to get clean. I WAS banging .75mg of sub a day to calculate doseage better.

Tommorow...is .5 and then .3 and .25 .12 then Im done.

I threw out my syringe. Im gonna just have to bend over...literaly. And boof it. Im REALLY hoping these are my final days.

And besides fishoil, and jogging...how can I help my circulatory system get better? IK it wonht happen overnight...but I banged my last 2 blues 26 hours ago, my last .75 mg of sub 12 ago. <3
 
Congratulations on throwing out your syringe and on your plan in general. You've been moved to the right forum for support, so don't hesitate to keep us updated. Aside from the fishoil, there are lots of dietary guidelines you can incorporate. Eating salmon, flaxseed, nuts, beans and tons of leafy green vegetables as well as a variety of other fresh fruits and veggies is the recommended diet for improving circulation, keeping your heart healthy and lowering blood pressure.

Ok. I trust ya guys judgement. I didnt know if it was healthy living or darkside but I guess its a bit of both and if my story keeps someone away from the syringe, good.

I lied a little. I didnt PLAN on it but my sub doctor went on vacation so I had .25mg and I take 2mg a day rectal. So I pretty much HAD to bang it. But that was it.

My blood preasure is actually excellent. I am starting to jog as well. It is now T-15 hours since that tiny shot and my last one. Basically...everymonth I ALWAYS wind up losing sub. Well..truth is I wasnt very serious on getting clean. So id take extra, shit like that. But I am now.

Obviously my veins hurt (2 I use mostly) but it's going away. I only used the kpins and xanax for 4-5 days as I came down. I'm currently stablized on 2.mg. And I'd like to stay there for a while. I bought the concentrate fishoil tabs. Figured thatd be better. How about a baby aspirin and a glass of wine during dinner?

I always hear about baby aspirin, and red wine contains anti oxidants that also thins blood. I've HAD to clog my shit up even a LITTLE. God...never touch a needle. I do rectal and sublingual. Rectal if Im in a hurry or am runnig low, tongue if I got the time. Plus is obviously does effect my bowels when prlonged and is not a nice thing to do.

i LOVE almonds so that should be easy. Jogging, alot harder. Im just going to paste walk. Just get the blood going. Also thinking of cheerios for a while to help. I got tested 7 moths ago and they sid SLIGHLTY high cholesterol.
 
And I know what I said...but...honestly...those days on .75 was terrible if i didnt have kpins. I am happy with just stabilizeing on a comftorable dose atm and getting shit out of my veins. Should i give my veins a few days to recover or jump right into weight training as well?
 
If your trying to increase blood flow fish oil is good as you said you are already taking. Make sure your taking a Multivitamin/mineral in the mornings along with a vitamin B Complex with C as to promote general wellness. You may want to look into a Nitric Oxide supplement as NO increases blood flow. As far as weight training you should be fine to start now.
