I broke my leg about a year ago and its been killing me, I go to the walk in but all they perscribe me is acetaminophen based painkillers that dont help at all and anti-inflamitories...they dont do anything either. I cant afford to buy anything, but if anyone has any suggestions on what would work that would help out alot.
I've tried percocets, tramacets, neproxan, T3s, ibprophine...celebrex and others that just dont do a damn thing...I need that high feeling as well...pls help

You might need non APAP based Pain relievers and maybe not Oxycodone.. you might even want something time released and oxycodone or something similiar for breakthrough pain. Good luck man chronic pain is a bitch!

Er, your leg shouldn't still be hurting a YEAR after you broke it.

See a proper doctor, get some physiotherapy. Figure out the root of the problem, don't just cover it up with painkillers.

well once i broke it the doctor looked at the x-ray wrong and told me to start putting weight on it right away...so i did. a month later they realized they screwed up and i needed surgery to put everything back in place. so i do have nerve damage, my leg does get swollen, and if i walk on it too much (for more than an hour or 2) my leg gets really bruised.
i know it shouldn't be hurting this long...but it is. and i've also got a crazy high tolerance for painkillers/medication in general.

another question though:
my doctor has just up my dosage to 2mg of clonazepam and i'm also on T3s right now for pain....how much is too much to mix?
i normally take 3 T3s at once, and then take more if it's not really working...how many anti anxiety meds would it be ok for me to take while on the T3s?

Mine hurt for 11 yrs before they figured out I needed surgery. By then my ligament was gone. They had missed a tiny bone floating in there causing damage.

im not sure about leg pain but i have severe back problems for a few years and theyve prescribed me everything up and down the line. FOr one thing, codeine T3s wont do much for the pain. However i currently take 4 10mg Percocets every 6 hours, and i get 4mg dilaudid for break-through pain. Try to steer ur doctor towards something like that, the problem is like u said, u dont have any money, thats a big problem when trying to get scripts
