woke up at 3pm. droped off some movies i rented, did some laundry, read some book, i might go to my dads and visit. ill probly go to my buddies and get shitty, hopefully get laid and go home to sleep in my own bed.
 
It's not Friday here anymore, but it's Friday for me until I go to sleep. I just got back from my friend's recording studio, working on the same project we began a few months ago. I feel very fortunate to be working with the big-time producer I'm working with. Go me!
 
What's with this forum??

There are lots of NA bluelighters but never anything going on here except endless "Roll Call" threads.
 
It only recently has begun picking up life, so try to get more people to come in here and post whydontcha?!! Start a new thread!! ;)

I can't even *imagine* what EADD would be like if we weren't allowed a mix of social and drug stuff... but I suspect it would be like this. (No offence to anyone, like, none of my business...)

I just want it to be busier! Cos my internet girlfriend gen-e gets paid for every post here, and she's currently saving up for a plane ticket so she can come over to Scotland to live with me.

I don't think the Lounge should be the default anything. It's a bizarre place that doesn't take anything seriously, so you can't expect to have a real conversation in there. I really wish that people would actually start posting in here and starting up conversations that don't end in bukkake. 8)

jude, welcome to N&S American Social. i know it's not as lively as many other forums but chrissie and myself are working on a few things to try and draw some attention. Stealing ideas from EADD and Aus social also seems to be helping ;)

i'm doing my best to make this place a bit more SOCIAL for everyone, not just a place to say "hey, i'm from <insert state here>, wanna hang out?"

things take time and we have excellent people working on it but they have lives as well, please be patient. :)
 
Well I feel like I started my weekend on Tuesday lol, I went to see NOFX 3 nites in a row. I'm djing from 1-2 tonite, gotta get some rest asap if I'm gonna function.
 
hmmm, okay. friday. i'm about to leave work and go home, maybe smoke some tweeds, put together a new beat in reason, and chill. tonight i'm going to go scope out a new happy hour spot that the crew and i start spinning one week from today. this should be one of the more relaxing weekends i've had in a while.

i hope you enjoyed this "not part of a roll call thread" contribution to the forum.
 
i'm drinking cheap wine and watching man vs wild. bear grylls (sp?) is hooot :)
