Opioids Weird symptoms after CWE 128mg Codeine/8g paracetamol

I come here after about 56 hours after doing a CWE of 128mg codeine and 8g paracetamol (16 8mg/500mg Boots UK own brand). Followed my usual CWE of 150ml water for the 16 tablets through several layers of thick toilet tissue. I've never had issues doing this with other brands before, but as it was my first time with the own brand I decided to do a smaller dose. The end result was a pretty clear solution, a tiny bit of a cloudiness to it but certainly nothing which has worried me before, as I've heard this particular brand will not present crystal clear end product no matter what.

So I drank it. Tasted it's usual codeine self. A small buzz off of it, but what I noticed was I felt a little nauseous but that passed after I slept. The whole next day I felt just a bit tired and had a gassy stomach and just above my hips felt a little tender and just not my normal self.

Today I've felt better and assumed everything was OK other than a little bit of stomach gassyness which i've experienced before, but just an hour ago I had about a shots worth of vodka and it really made my stomach feel bad for about 45 mins, and went straight to my head which is very unusual and spooked me quite a bit.

I'm a bit concerned if i consumed a larger amount of Paracetamol than I thought through my CWE. Anyone have any experience of these particular pills? There was a large amount of sludge left in the original glass and in the filter too, so surely it couldn't have been any more than 2g para at a maximum that I could've consumed?
 
After a CWE I brethe right in and push against my Liver right hand side just under my ribs to check if it tender or sore around that area. Try that and if it hurts you might have done some damage. If you are male you can pretty much abuse your liver for a long time before you cause some serious damage. I am not a Doctor but your liver has a way of regenerating itself. So dont abuse it for a few months and I am sure you will be fine. Plus if you want to get really stoned on codeine I would suggest around 300mg

I did as you said, and no pain whatsoever. Only 'pain' I had was the tenderness feeling but that was much lower just above my hips and on the sides of my stomach.
By 56 hours surely I would have developed some more serious and noticeable symptoms if I truly had ingested a large amount of paracetamol?

I occasionally take between 250mg-300mg but as I haven't done it in around 6 months, plus trying a new brand of pills I thought I'd try and play it safer with a smaller dosage.
 
Even if you did the CWE at room temperature you would have only extracted a maximum of 1.8 grams of APAP (solubility of ~12mg/mL at room temp), well below the FDA's daily limit of 4 grams, and well below the one-dose limit of 10 grams.

You shouldn't worry. Opioids can cause nausea and make your stomach feel wierd because they reduce gut motility. More importantly, you would know if your liver was toast, it's apparently pretty intense sickness that no rational person would ignore.
 
Glad to hear you are on the mend mate take it easy. I you want an even clearer CWE use some old denim jeans as a filter I can get mine almost crystal clear. It takes some time to filter through then I re filter through coffee filters just to be on the safe side. I also use glass bowl to filter it into I find the bigger the surface area the quicker it filters but still takes two hours or so. Be safe

Thanks for the replies guys.

When you say I would've only extracted a max of 1.8g of the 8g of paracetamol, do you mean I've ingested that amount, or ingested roughly 6.2g worth of paracetamol?
 
what he meant is that if the water you extracted with had room temperature, you could've only ingested up to 1.8g of apap, which apparently is not dangerous. the remaining 6.2g should be left in the sludge.
