weird reaction

I?ve been using opiates for almost 7 years and heroin steadily for almost 2.
my dose & tolerance is very high.
last night I did a shot of my normal dose and had the weirdest reaction. I got itchy ALL OVER. I know itching can be very common, but not like this. My hands went completely numb and my heart was pounding out of my chest. My head felt like it was swelling or something. I can?t find anything online to describe what I experienced and was wondering if anyone here has or may have some insight as to why this happened.

Maybe a bad cut or possibly a completely different drug than heroin or fentanyl.

We can't do drug ID here so just keep the chat down to experiences only.
 
Thats a histamine reaction and could be the drugs or cut but was wondering if you used a fresh rig or a used rig thats been in bleach?

If bleached, a tiny trace left can produce the swelling and also itching but also a few red spots.

If using fresh needles its not that though.
